We may amend the Agreement from time to time without specific notice to you, but any changes to the Dispute Resolution Provisions will not apply to disputes incurred prior to the amendment, and any changes to the Billing Provisions will not apply to charges incurred prior to the amendment. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings constitutes your agreement to comply with the terms and conditions contained within the Agreement at that time.
Unless otherwise stated, any future offers that enhance the current features of the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings shall be subject to the Agreement. In the event that www.usalegaldocs.com terminates the Agreement for any reason, it shall not be liable to you. Refusal to use the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings is your sole right and remedy for any dispute with www.usalegaldocs.com. The Agreement governs your use of the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings only.

The Site facilitates communication between Third Party Legal Service Providers, Visitors, and potential users of associated Third Party Offerings. Some of the Third Party Legal Service Providers pay a fee for inclusion in the Directory Service.
The www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings contain Feedback, Listings, Content, Network Articles, advertisements, responses, statements, promises, and other information provided directly by Third Party Legal Service Providers, Visitors, and other Site Users. You acknowledge and agree that www.usalegaldocs.com has no obligation or liability to you in connection with any Feedback appearing through the Interactive Services. www.usalegaldocs.com does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the Feedback posted through the Interactive Services. Therefore, www.usalegaldocs.com makes no representations regarding the competency, trustworthiness, honesty, integrity, and/or behavior of its Visitors or Third Party Legal Service Providers. Visitors, not www.usalegaldocs.com, are solely responsible for assessing the competency, trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity of all Third Party Legal Service Providers.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO ATTORNEY LISTINGS:
It’s important to note that www.usalegaldocs.com is not a law firm or a lawyer referral service and does not offer legal advice, recommendations, mediation, or counseling under any circumstances. None of our actions or any element of the Site, Service, or other www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings should be construed as such. To ensure that any legal advice, law-related Third Party Offerings, law-related Site Content, or other legal products and/or services available through the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings (collectively, “Legal Services”) is/are appropriate for you, we strongly advise that you check with your attorney, accountant, and/or other professional advisor.
We provide listings of registered Plan Attorneys, non-registered Plan Attorneys, and Third Party Legal Service Providers (“Third Party Legal Professionals”) upon request from our Users or Members. It’s important to note that www.usalegaldocs.com does not receive any portion of any Third Party Legal Professional’s fees. However, any use of the Service by Site Users is not intended to, and will not create, an attorney-client relationship between any such Site Users and www.usalegaldocs.com. Please note that any information submitted to www.usalegaldocs.com and/or any electronic or other communication sent to www.usalegaldocs.com will not create or be covered by an attorney-client relationship between Site Users and www.usalegaldocs.com or any Third Party Legal Professionals.
MEMBERSHIP FEES & TERMS:
Your Membership becomes effective immediately upon enrollment and will continue automatically unless canceled. Upon enrollment, you provided express authorization to charge $1.90 to the credit or debit card you provided to us for billing purposes. You have 7 days to use the service and access all benefits, and are under no obligation to continue after this period. If you wish to cancel, you may contact our Customer Support team at any time by phone or mail. Failure to notify us of cancellation within 7 days will result in automatic billing of the monthly fee of $19.90 to your authorized credit or debit card each month. If we are unable to bill you at any time, we reserve the right to terminate your Membership with or without notice.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
The Site facilitates communication between Third Party Legal Professionals and potential users of associated Legal Services. While we strive to provide quality Legal Services, www.usalegaldocs.com does not guarantee that Site Users will successfully resolve their legal matters or find legal representation through the Service. We strongly advise Site Users to carefully consider their need for legal services and to make an informed decision when choosing legal representation. Advertisements, claims of expertise, or cost offered by any Third Party Legal Professional should not be the sole basis for such a decision.
It’s important to note that www.usalegaldocs.com does not review the standing of Third Party Legal Professionals with any regulatory authority or bar association. Therefore, we make no representation regarding the status, standing, or ability of any Third Party Legal Professional. When considering retaining a Third Party Legal Professional, Site Users should ask for background information from that Third Party Legal Professional and check their standing with the applicable state bar association.
We want to make it clear that www.usalegaldocs.com is not responsible for and does not endorse any description or indication of specialization or limitation of practice by any Third Party Legal Professionals accessible through the Service. REQUIREMENTS:
To use the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings, you must be of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. The offerings are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
We provide Visitors with the opportunity to obtain contact information for Third Party Legal Service Providers to learn about their Third Party Offerings. Please note that we do not provide any underlying products or services ourselves, and the ultimate terms and conditions of any Third Party Offerings will be determined by the Third Party Legal Service Providers.
To receive information on Third Party Legal Service Providers, you must fully complete the registration forms located on the Site (collectively, the “Site Form”). The Registration Data that you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your Registration Data as necessary to keep it current and accurate. Our use of your Registration Data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please note that submitting Registration Data or any other information to us does not create an attorney-client relationship, and this information is not protected by the attorney-client privilege.
After you enter your Registration Data and click on the applicable submission button on the Site, you may receive additional information regarding participating Third Party Legal Service Providers that are located in your designated geographic area that you can choose to contact or be contacted by. If you request to contact, or be contacted by, any of the applicable Third Party Legal Service Providers, we may transfer some or all of your Registration Data to the Third Party Legal Service Provider(s) to facilitate your request for Third Party Offerings.
LEGAL LISTINGS:
By submitting Listings for display to Site Users, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement in their entirety. You can submit, or attempt to submit, Listings for display to Site Users that conduct searches through the Services, subject to receiving approval from www.usalegaldocs.com.
To submit a Listing, you must fully complete the applicable Site Form, which requires you to provide Listing Registration Data such as your company name, address, business telephone number, and categories that apply to your company’s business practice. You must also provide accurate and complete Listing Registration Data, and keep it up to date. www.usalegaldocs.com’s use of the Listing Registration Data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Listings contain descriptions provided directly by the applicable Third Party Legal Service Providers or the manufacturers or distributors of the Third Party Offerings featured in the Listings. www.usalegaldocs.com does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of such items are accurate or complete. We have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the Third Party Offerings, the truth or accuracy of the Listings, or the ability of the applicable Third Party Legal Service Providers to sell the Third Party Offerings. We are not responsible for ensuring that the applicable Third Party Legal Service Provider actually completes a transaction.

YOU AGREE THAT WWW.USALEGALDOCS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WWW.USALEGALDOCS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW FOR: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE WWW.USALEGALDOCS.COM OFFERINGS AND/OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES THAT YOU MAY APPLY FOR THROUGH SAME WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.

You acknowledge and agree that www.usalegaldocs.com has no control over such third-party websites and/or resources and is not responsible for their availability. www.usalegaldocs.com does not endorse, and is not liable for, any terms and conditions, privacy policies, content, advertising, services, products, and/or other materials at or available from such third-party websites or resources, or for any damages and/or losses arising therefrom.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
The Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Los Angeles, California and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles). In case of a dispute concerning the www.usalegaldocs.com offerings, terms and conditions of the Agreement or breach of the same by any party hereto: (a) the parties agree to submit their dispute for resolution by arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California or the county of your residence, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (b) you agree to first commence a formal dispute proceeding by completing and submitting an Initial Dispute Notice. If we provide you with a Final Settlement Offer and you do not accept it, or we cannot otherwise satisfactorily resolve your dispute, but you still wish to proceed with your dispute, you must submit your dispute for resolution by arbitration as set forth above, by filing a separate Demand for Arbitration. For claims of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less, you can choose whether the arbitration proceeds in person, by telephone or based only on submissions.
If the arbitrator awards you relief that is greater than our Final Settlement Offer, then we will pay all filing, administration and arbitrator fees associated with the arbitration and, if you retained an attorney to represent you in connection with the arbitration, we will reimburse any reasonable attorneys’ fees that your attorney accrued for investigating, preparing and pursuing the claim in arbitration. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties, and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to preclude any party from: (i) seeking injunctive relief to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration; and/or (ii) pursuing the matter in small claims court rather than arbitration. Although we may have a right to an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses if we prevail in arbitration, we will not seek such an award from you unless the arbitrator determines that your claim was frivolous.
You agree that you will not bring, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute, or controversy that you may have against www.usalegaldocs.com and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit. You agree to pay the attorney’s fees and court costs that www.usalegaldocs.com incurs in seeking such relief. This provision prevents you from bringing, joining, or participating in class action lawsuits: (A) does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitration as provided above; and (B) is an independent agreement. You may opt-out of these dispute resolution provisions by providing written notice of your decision within thirty (30) days of the date that you first access the Site.
MISCELLANEOUS:
If any part of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. In case of any conflict between the Agreement and any other aspect of the www.usalegaldocs.com Offerings, the Agreement will prevail. Our failure to enforce any provision of the Agreement will not be considered a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it. The Agreement does not create any agency or partnership relationship between the parties.
